A 6th generation dairy farming family. The Timbs family have been dairying since 1839, originally starting dairying in Albion Park before relocating to Jaspers Brush in 1980. Paul & Vicki Timbs dairy farm is situated along the broughton creek on the outskirts of Berry. Paul & Vicki proudly manage their high profile dairy cattle stud, exhibiting at many shows including the Sydney Royal Easter Show. The Timbs family have won many awards including most successful exhibitior and champion cows. The Timbs family farm uses sustainable farming practices with their herd grazing on naturally grown coastal pastures of rye and clovers helping produce South Coast Dairy’s premium quality milk all year round.
